Safe Eaten provides the Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland community with food safety education that can ultimately help advance an individual's career or business.
We have been providing ServSafe certified training and exams for 15 years and have helped hundreds of individuals and organizations learn critical food preparation and handling information. Whether you’re a seasoned Sous Chef, a new food truck owner, or a stay-at-home mom starting a home-based food business, our Food Manager Certification course and exam can help you.
Our courses cover the critical topics of food handling including food safety, sanitation, cooking temperatures, food purchasing, and implementing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) in a food establishment. We also offer streamlined reviews and testing for individuals who are experienced in the food industry and simply need to recertify for their Food Manager license renewal.
