I have been in the Food Service industry since 1999. I have an A.A.S in Culinary Arts, B.S in Nutrition & Food Science, and B.S in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Ms. Williams has twenty years of experience in the food industry; she is skilled in numerous areas: food sanitation, HACCP, and OSHA regulations. Furthermore, she has twenty years’ experience in the food nutrition field and has a B.S. in Food Science another B.S in Nutrition Dietetics; Ms. Williams earned an A.A. degree in Culinary Arts. Finally, Ms. Williams has six years of expertise as a Master Gardener.As a food safety instructor/proctor, my purpose is to educate students on the safety of food preparation. I desire to help them obtain a job in the food industry by offering a class on food safety covering the eight main topics of food handling. Connie Williams is a certified instructor/proctor who’s knowledgeable and competent to train each student in the food industry such as; food safety, food sanitation, cooking food to its internal temperature, food purchasing from approved sources, and implementing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) in the food establishment.
